Mike Reisler
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mike is responsible for all aspects of Grid Net financial operations including financing, accounting, treasury, tax, risk, business and financial planning, and investor relations.
Mike brings more than 25 years of financial operations and analysis expertise in large and small, public and private, corporations. He joined Grid Net from PacketMotion, Inc., a company specializing in network security/monitoring and deep packet inspection technology where he was Vice President of Finance. Prior to PacketMotion, Mike served as Vice President of Finance for RedCreek Communications, a VPN device company. Before PacketMotion, Mike was a Controller within the Sales Division of KLA-Tencor where he was involved in establishing Customer Business Units. Mike also spent more than 12 years at Amdahl Corporation, now Fujitsu USA, where he held a number of financial management positions within US/Worldwide Operations, including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.
Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland.
